About Psychology for Thriving

Psychology for Thriving is a private practice providing compassionate, affirming, and supportive psychological therapies to help individuals, couples, families, and groups thrive.

Everyone is welcome, including people of all abilities, ages, beliefs, cultures, genders, identities, bodies, relationships, and sexualities. We understand and acknowledge the intersectionality of identity and experience and work hard to provide a safe therapeutic environment where all human experiences are valued and celebrated.

Practice Areas

I am committed to providing everyone with a safe, accepting and affirming therapy experience. 

​All abilities, ages, beliefs, cultures, genders, identities, bodies, relationships and sexualities are welcome.

Medical Professionals

I support medical professionals, their partners, families, and colleagues, including doctors, specialists, nurses, and allied and administrative staff in all health settings and medical students.

I am passionate about supporting all people experiencing questions, difficulties, and distress associated with their bodies, gender and sexuality. 

Tertiary Students

​I have over 15 years of experience working in university settings, supporting students to address the complexity of experiences in achieving academic and career success.

Cultural 

I have a special interest in supporting clients with cross-cultural experience, in cross-cultural relationships and working in cross-cultural organisational settings.

Neurodiversity 

I support neurodiverse people understand, nurture, value, appreciate and utilise their unique variation of cognitive functioning. 

Relationships

I support people develop and maintain healthy and vibrant  relationships in all their personl, social and professional contexts.
