Cross Cultural Wellbeing

Supporting people managing cross-cultural families, relationships

and work environments

I have a special interest in supporting clients with cross-cultural experience, in cross-cultural relationships and working in cross-cultural organisational settings.

I have personal and professional experience living and working in cross-cultural environments and a cross-cultural family. I understand the impact of transition stress and the benefits and difficulties of living and working in cross-cultural and multi-lingual environments.

Cross-culturally affirming therapy is for people:

  • born in a different place from where they are living, including migrants, refugees or asylum seekers,

  • in cross-cultural and multi-lingual relationships, partnerships and marriages,

  • with international adoption experiences,

  • who are international students,

  • working in cross-cultural and multi-lingual environments and international companies,

  • experiencing intergenerational, cross-cultural stress.

We acknowledge that we are situated on Noongar land and that Noongar people remain the spiritual and cultural custodians of their land, and they continue to practise their values, languages, beliefs, and knowledge. We pay our respects to the traditional owners of the lands we live and work across Western Australia and Australia.
