​I have over 15 years of experience working in university settings, supporting students to address:

  • Focus and concentration difficulties, including ADHD,

  • Neurodivergence,

  • Study technique,

  • Exam anxiety,

  • Oral presentation,

  • Group work,

  • Developing relationships and making friends,

  • Health and wellbeing.

I have a particular interest in providing support for tertiary students focusing on:

  • Helping with the transition and adjustment from school to university,

  • Course choice,

  • Study techniques, 

  • Managing study-related stress and anxiety,

  • Course enjoyment and success.
